Therapy for when you're tired of coping
and ready to come home to yourself
A space to remember the parts of yourself that have been silenced, forgotten, or fragmented by trauma, culture, or history. Online across the UK and in-person in London W2.
Who this is for
This work is for you if you're navigating the quiet exhaustion of coping. If you've spent years holding it together, managing other people's expectations, or trying to make sense of experiences that don't fit neatly into boxes. It's for those who feel the weight of intergenerational trauma, who carry the complexity of mixed-race identity, or who have learned to silence parts of themselves to survive.
It's for anyone ready to stop performing and start remembering who they truly are.
You can also explore more details on how I work with anxiety, burnout, and mixed-race identity & belonging and more (London W2 and online across the UK)
What we work with
-
Mixed-Race Identity & Belonging
The experience of navigating multiple worlds, code-switching, and searching for a sense of home within yourself. We explore intergenerational trauma, cultural multiplicity, and the quiet grief of not quite fitting anywhere.
-
Narcissistic Family Dynamics
Healing from relational trauma, reclaiming your voice, and learning to trust your own reality. We work with the impact of growing up in environments where your needs were invisible or your sense of self was shaped by someone else's narrative.
-
Chronic Pain & Psychosomatic Stress
Exploring the mind-body connection and the ways trauma, stress, and unprocessed emotion live in the body. We work together to create space for your body's wisdom and to live with greater ease and presence.
How we work together
Therapy with me is not about fixing you or erasing your story. It's about creating a space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to remember the parts of yourself that have been forgotten or pushed aside. We work at a pace that feels right for you, honouring your nervous system, your cultural context, and your lived experience. I draw from psychodynamic, humanistic, and attachment-based theories, as well as somatic and transpersonal practices, to create a flexible, responsive approach that's tailored to you.
Healing is not about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you've always been
